Moderately deep, light ruby-red colour with garnet hues. This has an intensely aromatic, piquant nose of white pepper, spices and fragrant red berry fruit. Light-bodied, the palate features bright fruit flavours of redcurrant, white pepper and fresh herbs forming a good core supported with soft, supple tannins and fresh acidity. While softly textured, this has a good palate line with the drive to carry spice, floral and peppery flavours to a moderately sustained dry finish. This is a light-bodied Pinot Noir-like Syrah with distinctive white pepper notes.
