New Zealand’s leading wine educator, Bob Campbell MW will be
conducting his Wine Certificate Course in the one day format in Wellington on
Sunday 27 May. Bob is only one of just
over 300 Masters of Wine in the world, a highly respected wine writer and international
wine judge. He has lectured to well over
22,000 people since running his popular wine courses from 1986.
In the Wine Certificate Course, Bob will show you how to
taste wine like a professional, explain his technique for fast-tracking your
understanding of wine – a process he calls ‘wine profiling’, help you
understand the language of wine, teach you how to identify faulty wines and
give you guidelines for matching wine and food.
He will also provide you with rules for cellaring wines and reveal
techniques for making every wine taste better, and much more. Bob will guarantee your enjoyment of wine
will be increased after attending the course!
The fee of $249.00 includes all wines, a bound book of
notes, morning and afternoon teas. There
will be a lunch break for an hour from 12.30 pm. Attendees are welcome to bring a packed lunch
or patronise one of the nearby eateries.
There is no exam to sit, and all attendees receive the certificate. The course has been endorsed by many people,
from those new in wine to wine professionals and winemakers, for its fun,
education and inspiration. There is
always a strong demand for the places at each course and early bookings are
recommended to be able to attend.
Bob regularly conducts the one day format for his Wine
Certificate Course in other venues around New Zealand (and overseas). The next Wellington one day course is
scheduled for Sunday 26 August 2018.
Other upcoming courses can be seen on his website.
