Pinot Noir 2013 Fast Approaching

By December 16, 2012No Comments
Pinot Noir 2013 will be held over Monday 28 to Thursday 31 January 2013. With only just over a month to go before New Zealand’s biggest wine showcase event, the excitement is palpable among the wine community. This focus on the country’s most widely planted and most important grape variety is our opportunity to show the world the progress that has been made since the last Pinot Noir conference in 2010. And there is much to show. Learning from the previous events, there has been a strong effort to provide delegates much more interactive and in-depth sessions investigating each of the areas, regions and districts producing fine Pinot Noir. Attendees will spend three of the four-day affair at different venues to discuss the finer points of Pinot Noir growing, making, stylising and working for the future. And all of the tasting events, from ‘Public Tasting’ to the ‘Burgundy Tasting’ and ‘New Zealand Pinot Noir Grand Tasting’ will no doubt be ramped up.
