36 Bottles Pinot Noir 2010

26-Jan-2012
2010 is the third vintage of ‘winesmiths' Douglas Brett and Jane Young who operate on the model of a Burgundian negotiant. Their network of friends, colleagues and associates have provided them with the fruit from various vineyard sources in Central Otago, to be made into wine by Dan and Sarah-Kate Dineen at the Maude Winery in Wanaka. They take a hands-on approach and prefer to be closely involved in the winemaking and marketing, and this will ensure their clever and funky boutique will be passionately driven to success. Douglas worked as an intern at the Maude Winery in 2010, continuing his active involvement over the years in making wine. www.36bottles.co.nz
