Argentine Wine Range from South2South Expands

11-Jul-2014
South2South, the specialist Argentine wine importation and distribution business of Chris Emmett and Josefina Telleria continues to grow with new additions to the portfolio as they have recently added son Lucas to their family! The range of wines now encompasses metodo tradicional from Bodega Cruzat (www.bodegacruzat.com), a rosé from Bodega Atamisque (www.atamisque.com), whites and reds from Finca La Celia (www.fincalacelia.com.ar), which include the ‘La Consulta’ wines (www.laconsultawines.com) and also from BodegasMontechez (www.montechez.com), in which Josefina’s family are part owners. This expands the styles considerably from the country’s signature Malbec varietal wines to show the exciting stage that Argentina has progressed to in the past decade. Here, I review the new releases. www.south2south.co.nz
