Carrick ‘Unravelled’ Pinot Noir 2011

08-Jan-2013

The Carrick label of Steve Green and Barbara Robertson have featured Bannockburn-grown Pinot Noir as their specialty, and the estate wine from their Cairnmuir vines is one of the leading and most dependable from Central Otago. As with a number of other producers, other tiers are also released. The ‘Unravelled' Pinot Noir, a clever visual and literal pun on the ‘Carrick' knot label of the main wine offers a value rendering, and it too is one of the region's best in its style and class.
