Frizzell Wines Capture Kiwi Culture

14-Nov-2011
Icon New Zealand artist Dick Frizzell has mana, and his art has captured a loyal following. In the same way, the wines he has consultant winemaker Rod McDonald (also a bit of an icon among wine circles) make for him has many fans. The sheer accessibility, satisfying flavour and style, as well as value of the Frizzell wines are traits that are appreciated by Kiwis. You could hardly have anything more indigenous than the stirring ‘Ka Mate' haka, and the Frizzell ‘Ka Mate' wines embody our culture and spirit with their ‘all black' presentation. You know you are drinking Kiwi passion with these wines! I review two new premium ‘Ka Mate' wines and the latest Frizzell Central Otago Pinot Noir. www.frizzellwines.co.nz
