Gran Vega ‘Privado’ Garnacha 2013 and Casa Giorno Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2012

24-Apr-2014
Greg and Amanda Day of Kahurangi Estate have a wide ranging portfolio that includes wines from around the world. While there are many ‘top end’ wines, there is also a very strong representation of wines that offer great value. Here, I review a Garnacha from the Campo de Borja region in Spain, made under the umbrella of the Boutinot wine group and a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo from Italy, made by Casa Vinicola Botter, a Veneto producer making wine from throughout that country. www.kahurangiwine.com
