Greywacke 2011 Aromatics

16-Oct-2012
Kevin Judd's expertise with Sauvignon Blanc is renowned, and his more ‘conventional' expression and the winemaker signature ‘Wild Sauvignon' are the mainstays of his Greywacke operation. Kevin has succeeded brilliantly with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir too, these being significant styles for any wine lover. Among those in the know, Kevin's aromatic wines are especially worth seeking out. Being made in small volumes from vines that have their yields restricted, the Greywacke aromatic varieties are more serious and structured than most, with a strong nod to the styles made in Europe, and designed to accompany food. Here are my reviews of the 2011 Greywacke Aromatic releases. www.greywacke.com
