La Ronciere is a family-owned Chilean winemaking business, established in 1949, based at Graneros in Cachapoal with a modern outlook. Fruit is sourced from numerous regions, from vineyards in the coastal regions to the Andes foothills. The ‘Nudo' range, nudo meaning ‘knot', so important for Andes mountain climbers, the wines expressing varietal character is the base; the ‘Cantoalba' range referring to the ‘rooster's crow' marking a new day, wines from the Colchagua and Cachapoal regions; and the ‘Mousai' range, from the old Greek ‘musa', meaning ‘a god of the arts', wines reflecting definitive regional character.
