Tiki ‘Koro’ Central Otago Pinot Noir 2012

11-Nov-2013
The ‘Koro’ Central Otago Pinot Noir is the flagship wine in the Tiki range. ‘Koro’ means ‘grandfather’ in Maori and refers to Tiki Wines founder Royce McKean’s great-great grandfather Tiki Tere Mihi, chieftain of the Ngati Uenuku tribe. I rated the 2011 Koro Pinot Noir highly (click here for my review), the wine made by Christopher Keys of Gibbston Valley winery. Here is the 2012, made by Dean Shaw at the Central Otago Wine Co. www.tikiwine.com
