Kate Radburnd ‘Sun Kissed’ Hawke’s Bay Pinot Gris 2010

Pinot Gris from New Zealand - Hawke's Bay
Review Date : 07-Jun-2011
Fruit from vineyards based on Ngaruroro river alluvial gravel soils. 13.0% alc. and <2.0 g/L rs. Brilliant pale straw-yellow colour with some lemon hues, this has a light and subtle bouquet of minerals and white stonefruits and hints of lifted pear drops. Dry on palate, this is crisp and minerally in the Pinot Grigio style, with a fine line through the palate and moderate weight and vinosity. The flavours are restrained and allow a steely dryness show. Simply clean and refreshing. Serve with antipasto over the next two years. 15.5/20 Jun 2011 RRP $20.00
